Here are my May numbers:
Swim - 5.5 miles
Bike - 57.39 miles
Run - 107.83 miles
Not bad considering I took two weeks off from running in May, and also only rode two times. Swimming miles are down a hair, but still on track. June marks the beginning of the summer training and racing season so I would expect cycling numbers to increase dramatically, swimming to hold steady, and the run to possibly decline slightly. We shall see!
